In Tantra, the exploration of duality, particularly the interplay between masculine and feminine energies, holds profound significance. It is crucial to clarify that when we discuss the masculine and feminine energies in Tantra, we are not referring to male and female attributes exclusively. Instead, Tantra perceives the world through the lens of energy, and two primary forms of energy emerge: the masculine and the feminine. This perspective aligns with scientific discussions focusing on the left and right sides of the body and brain.

The left side of the brain embodies the logical aspect of our cognitive functions. It is engaged in mathematical computations, abstract thinking, spatial reasoning, and speech. If we observe the structures of society, we can witness an abundance of left-side energy, often associated with masculine attributes. This energy is instrumental in creating systems, planning infrastructure, and strategizing for efficient city layouts and accessibility.

Conversely, the right side of the brain is the realm of free and creative thinking, intuition, visualization, and embracing the bigger picture. It represents the more feminine aspect of energy.

For a balanced and healthy life, it is essential to harmonize these two energies within ourselves. Overwhelmingly relying on logical thinking may lead the brain to attempt solving every problem around us, which can be exhausting. However, when utilized as a tool for organizing our lives, logical thinking becomes incredibly useful and efficient.

On the other hand, excessive focus on the right-side energy might result in living more in a dreamlike reality, detached from the practicalities of day-to-day life. Artists, who often channel their creativity from the right side, might encounter challenges in dealing with mundane tasks. Yet, when balanced and functioning optimally, the right-side energy offers a profound sense of the bigger picture and empowers individuals to visualize a better life for themselves.

Within Tantra, both the divine masculine and the divine feminine energies are recognized and honored. The divine masculine energy embodies traits such as protection and assertion. It is the nurturing and guiding force, offering stability and structure in our lives. When we embrace the divine masculine, we become protectors, not just of ourselves, but of those we care about. We assert our boundaries and stand firm in the face of challenges, promoting growth and evolution.

Conversely, the divine feminine energy is associated with qualities of nourishment and matriarchy. The divine feminine nurtures and sustains life, symbolizing the creative and transformative aspect of existence. It fosters love, compassion, and emotional depth, cultivating bonds of interconnectedness. Embracing the divine feminine allows us to tap into our intuitive wisdom and empathetic understanding, creating a harmonious connection with the world around us.

In Tantra, the ultimate goal is to recognize and harmonize these energies within ourselves, regardless of gender. By balancing the divine masculine and feminine within, we achieve a state of equilibrium and wholeness. This union of energies enables us to experience a profound sense of self-awareness, spiritual growth, and an enhanced capacity to connect deeply with others and the universe.

As we embark on our tantric journey, we learn to honor and integrate both aspects of our being, allowing us to tap into the limitless potential of our unified self. With the divine masculine and feminine energies aligned, we cultivate a powerful inner union that leads to self-realization, personal empowerment, and a more profound connection with the sacred essence of life. This harmonization of energies becomes a transformative force, guiding us towards a state of profound balance, wisdom, and divine consciousness.

Doing a simple exercise can help you balance theses energies:

Hi everyone,

I must admit that I haven't been able to reach out to you, and I haven't wanted to either. The reason lies in my last post about my transits.

To be honest, I completely lost myself this time!

It's not uncommon for me to occasionally lose my identity, but due to the current transits, I felt a deep sense of confusion about who I truly am. "Who am I?" I kept asking myself, with my thoughts constantly returning to the question, "What is my purpose?"

Although I've answered this question many times over the past couple of years and know that helping others is my path, I still find myself lost. Maybe we're all feeling this way at the moment. The world is in more chaos than ever, and the question "What's the point?" might arise frequently in all of us.

The good news is that there is meaning to all of this. There is a purpose in letting go of who we think we are and realigning ourselves with the bigger picture. In Tantra, we work on finding the core of our being, allowing our truest selves to develop. Personally, I use the technique of daydreaming to create my highest being and the world's highest form, as explained in my New Earth blog post.

When I lose my vision or lack a direct plan for my next actions, I tend to feel depressed, low on energy, and fail to see my own role in this life.

Many of us will face our deepest despairs in the next couple of years. The only way to stay sane is to take small steps, focus on our breath, and connect with our hearts. In our heart chakras, we can find peace and escape whatever is going on around us, bringing harmony into our lives.

Harmony is the new word of the era. It only works if we all embrace our own sound/soul truly and purely, focusing on our uniqueness. By doing so, we can harmonize with other beings, but first, we need to truly discover our own uniqueness.

Welcome winter months! It is the 1st of June, which means wintertime on this side of the planet.

Winter is a time for us to rest, hibernate, and take time for ourselves.

I light the fire in the morning and feel blessed to be able to have a daily fire in my house. Tea-making season and warm soup to heat up my soul from within. After my last post a month ago I have downloaded information from the universe about myself, and I feel like I actually have grown up for the first time in my life- I feel like an adult. Something has happened to me in my Neptune and Saturn transit. I kept asking myself, "Who am I, who am I" without finding any answer to that, and it just kept coming back. Then I started to see myself if I would have been my own mother. I started to see my journey more clearly and what I need to be doing in order to grow and take the next steps necessary.

The butterfly has morphed.

I started a job, so I am now out in the world showing myself, and being social on a regular basis. And I am journaling again, without repetition, just allowing myself to be absolut true and for the first time I can see that my journaling is giving me answers.

Also, I have started to move my body again and allow my strength to come back and my love for this body. I am not in love with life yet, because my dreaming quality is making me dream big, and I find myself keen to live in the new world as soon as possible, I can not wait it seems. So many times I just step into apathy and depression because I am not where my dreams have taken me. Learning to enjoy the process is my biggest challenge in life.

Women unite. Those are the words that keep coming into my head last 4 days. And some of my friends are meeting today to bring in some really awesome healing energy to Launceston area. I wanted to be there but I am on my last day of healing myself before work tomorrow.

When we learn to be with each other in harmony, in peace, and in process, when there is space for each woman to unfold her story, to be seen and heard, unexpected and held, this is when we unite. When we allow new members, bring in the unexpected, and share from our hearts, -this is when we heal our ancestors' paths.

I encourage you to read the book "Red Tent" by Anita Diamant -if you are on a journey with your female friends and want to dive into belonging, I highly recommend this book.

Ahoo
