You will know when you are ready for a Tantra class, you will find yourself craving a new start, a change in your life or finally stepping out of shyness, guilt, shame and abandonment. When you feel your body is craving for an update or you know you have things that you need to work on to be able to move forward, then you are ready. Because working with Tantra is a journey of self-discovery, exploring who you are and your own needs, pains and blockages. You will find out what is stopping you from exploring joy, love and happiness more fully. You will be able to see your traumas and work with them. With tantric techniques you will safely be able to touch upon unhealed wounds within your psyche. When you decided you are ready, I am here for you. Whether you need to meet one on one or come in for a class or enjoy some relaxing tantra massage, I am in Launceston and online ready to help out!

A Tantra class

A Tantra class can be very different and therefore I have decided to write some descriptions on each class here on my blog, so if you are unsure about how the class will look like then read up about it beforehand. It can be anything from eye-gazing, to dancing, to screaming, to breathing exercises, to couple exercises or still meditations. Feeling unsure about the class? Just reach out for me and I can explain more in detail and talk it through. Classes can be emotional so be ready!

A Tantra One and one session

If you feel that being in a group might be a bit too much for you, then we can meet just you and me. This will work as a coaching session where I listen in to you and see where you are at in life. Then I will guide you to meditations or techniques that can help you move forward in life. You can also set up a 10 week healing program with me where I coach you for 10 weeks in all areas of your life.

Couple Session

This is a session for couples but can also be for friends who don´t want to be doing a class or are just curious about Tantra. I will also sit with you and listen is to your story and the reason you have contacted me, I will then guide you through tantric meditation, breathing meditation and how chakras work and how to develop you chakras with tantric techniques.

To understand what Tantra is you really have to start living it, because when you do all pieces of tantra start to fall into place. But to describe it in simple words. Tantra is an very ancient system of expansion of our consciousness. Tantra allows us to be fully human, and allow us to experience pleasure and using our bodies to come to the highest forms of our selves and Samsara It means in Sanskrit: Loom, and refers to the woven fabric of everything that exist. We are a part of this fabric and Tantra "the loom" helps us weave ourself into this fabric in a very exclusive way. Its techniques uses self-knowledge and self-improvement, very much like yoga and ayurveda and if practise leads us to our highest self both physical and spiritual.

Tantra therefore is a journey of self discovery and is very helpfull for dealing with our daily lives.

Its techniques can help us with our health, cleaning our bodies, finding mental balance, and having loving relationships with ourself and others.

Tantra is a practical system of spiritual development that sets as its goal the full realisation of the Divine nature. Devotion is a big part of Tantra where you become, as you dive deeper into it, more devoted to your practise, to your deities and your guru.

For me its all about the holiness, how to make things holy and sacred again, from eating your food, to cleaning your body or making love, it is now done with a holy, mindful approach.

When we learn tantra it is important to have an open mind and a childlike mind, because many of the exercises will be challenging, but as you learn to let go of shame and fear tantra takes you on a very deep dive into who you truly are. You become authentic. Free from ideas and norms that was put upon you ,that has molded you into your life today.

Study your patterns. The ultimate wisdom comes from knowing your why´s. Why you feel it. Why you do it. Why you repeat it. Knowing your why´s gives you clarity about who you are. And when you know who you are you become powerful. /Sovereign.collective

Tantra is not all about sex, and I will repeat this over and over. Because if you come to a class or enter into tantra practise with hope and need for some sexual activity you are in for the wrong reasons. Tantra is however to work with the sexual energy. The life force energy and awakening this energy has great benefits for us humans. If this energy is alive and vibrate you will go through life with more easy. You will have more energy and more creativity, you will feel younger and have more stamina.

Unless you are different, Tantra cannot be understood because Tantra is not an intellectual proposition, it is an experience. Unless you are receptive, ready, vulnerable to the experience, it is not going to come to you. Philosophy is concerned with the mind. Your head is enough; your totality is not required. Tantra needs you in your totality. It is a deeper challenge. You will have to be in it wholly. It is not fragmentary. A different approach, a different attitude, a different mind to receive it is required.

Welcome to a journey or self-discovery, healing and awakening!

Happy to introduce to you an intensive 8 weeks transformation, deep dive into yourself via your chakras. It means that we are going to commit to show up for ourselves during 8 weeks. These intense weeks of self discovery will be based on the 7 biggest chakras in our bodies that follows the spine up our body. Giving you a chance of clearing out what you no longer need, finding out who you are, learning about your desires and dreams, opening up to self discovery, healing old wounds and so much more.

This intensive course will be held at the yogastudio Temple Within in Lilydale. Starting on a Friday as soon as we have enough participants. Sign up via Temple within at Kriya.

Week One The first chakra is called the Muladhara and sits in the pelvic floor area. This is where we will start our journey at the roots and the root chakra. The first chakra is our connection to this planet, to the earth element and ground us into this reality. This chakra governs the feeling of saftey and belonging on this planet

Week Two

Swadishthana is the second chakra and is connected to the water element, which connect us to the emotional, creative and sexual expression. We are water beings, full with water element and working with this chakra can help us clear our rivers/meridians/nadis inside our body and allow feelings to be felt and dealt with.

Week Three

This chakra is lockated under our ribs and is what we call the ego, our sense of self, confidense and willpower and free will. This is how we hold our selves in the world and what we think we are. The element is fire and holds the energy of metabolism.

Week Four We are now moving up from the three lower chakras to the three higher ones, the heart chakra is called Anahata and holds the energy of love and compassion. It´s the first chakra that is connected to higher realms and can allow us to bring in compassion about our selves and the world. The element is air and bring in the loving and energising ability to breath and live. Week 5

The last elemental Chakra is Ether and sits in our throat. The chakra is called Vishuddha and holds the energy of expression and thruth. If this chakras is balanced it works as a vessel between the heart and the brain. We speak from our heart and listen to our brain. We can both listen and speak well when this chakra is balanced. Week 6

The Ajna chakra aka the third eye is our connection to cosmic insight and is the chakra we use the most during meditations, intuition and perception. When we are feeling stuck and ininspired in life this is the chakra we need to activate to move us into other realms, places and

Week 7

When we finally come to the crown chakra on week 7 we will know by now how to awaken and activate the chakras. The Sahasrara is the highest chakra in the body and works with realms above our understanding. On a practical level it is the ultimate understanding and the connection with the divine energy.

Week 8

This will be the week when I have a challenge for us and half of the class will be focused on the past 7 weeks, integration but it will also be a tantric exercise to hopefully make you interested in learning more tantra.
