Sadhana. A wonderful concept.
If you want to shift your life more fast into higher realms, I definitely recommend having a Sadhana Practise. It means creating a routine, a practise that will lead to higher awakening and spiritual growth.
Sadhana should be practised bases on evolvement but should not focus on the goal. It is important you do the practise and let go of the goal, or your ego might get in the way.
You need to bring in discipline, intention and be ready to stick with the routine on a daily basis.
Asanas, Pranayamas, Mantras, Swadhyaya and meditations can be part of your Sadhana. If looking for the ultimate Sadhana practise have a look at the sanskrit text Sadhanamala.
In my own Sadhana practise I am committed to the cleansing of my body, the movement of my body and the stillness in my body.
The cleaning. I will brush my teeth, brush my hair, brush my body, rinse my nose and shower my body. I will move my body daily. Walking and Yoga being my priorities. Dancing and trampoline. Stillness. I practise sitting still and being a human being instead of a human doing. Listening to answers, journaling, connecting to myself and my journey,.
A specific mantra can be extremley helpful in moving energy and changing frequency in the body. My best tips is to listen to mantra-singing and then choose a song/mantra that you resonate with. Then look up the sanskrit lycrics and meaning and then sit and sing along to the song. This can be expremely helpful in learning the pronunciation of the sanskrit and also the rythm that is needed. Make sure you can hear your own voice and that you turn off the song as you have more confidence.
